Who is Censreal?
Censreal (Shenzhen Censreal Technology) is a camera battery manufacturer based in Shenzhen, China. Founded in 2012, we have supplied wholesalers, distributors and private-label brands in more than 20 countries since 2016. We are a factory, not a trading company — R&D, production and quality control are all done in-house.
What products do you manufacture?
We manufacture replacement camera and camcorder batteries, USB-C rechargeable camera batteries, V-mount and Gold-mount batteries for cinema cameras and video lights, and digital smart chargers. Our replacement batteries cover major brands including Canon, Sony, Nikon, Panasonic and Fujifilm.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
For camera batteries with your logo printed on the battery label, the MOQ is 30-50 pcs per model. For V-mount batteries, the MOQ is 10 pcs per model.
Can you put our logo and brand on the products?
Yes. We offer full OEM/ODM customization: your logo printed on the battery label, custom casing colors, and retail packaging under your own brand, so you can sell the products as your own line.
Do you offer samples? How much and how long?
Yes, samples are available and are charged. The sample fee is refundable when you place a bulk order. Sample lead time is 3-10 days.
What is your production lead time?
Small-batch orders take 5-10 days. Large-volume orders take 10-20 days.
How do you control quality?
Semi-finished and finished products are tested before shipment, including function and compatibility tests with original camera bodies, under our ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified quality management system.
What certifications do your products have?
Our batteries are CE, FCC and RoHS certified, and are supplied with UN38.3 test reports and MSDS documentation, so they can be shipped worldwide by air, sea or express courier. Our factory is ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified.
What warranty do you offer?
We offer a one-year warranty on all wholesale orders, starting from the purchase date.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to more than 20 countries across Europe, North America, South America, Russia and Asia. Battery shipments are supported by air freight, sea freight and express courier, with UN38.3 and MSDS documents provided.
